Meet the Founder

Following a successful 5-year stint in consulting, Adam Hertzman spent a decade leading marketing for a Pittsburgh area nonprofit and two previous decades in technology and B2B companies. He transformed the nonprofit branding, positioning, and use of AI and CRM.

During his nonprofit leadership, he led the organization through four major crises:

  • Leading the communications team responding to the Oct. 27, 2018 attack on three Pittsburgh Jewish congregations

  • Responding to the immense needs during the 2020 pandemic

  • Preparing the community for the 2024 trial of the antisemitic murderer from 2018

  • Leading Pittsburgh’s response to the Oct. 7, 2023 terrorist attack on Israel.

As an expert in marketing strategy and technology, Adam brings long experience returning companies to growth and a valuable perspective on how to make nonprofits more efficient and effective.
