Introducing Adartova Consulting

Day one. I finally ripped off the band-aid and did what I have been talking about doing for a few years: setting up my own shop to help companies in strategic transition that are experiencing a growth slowdown. And I have something important to say to you:

“Hello!”

After five years as a consultant right out of college and after a business degree, I’ve done this work fighting growth slowdowns in four different industries now (five if you count my short time with a bank… another story for another blog post). You would be surprised at how much similarity you can find between a deregulated electricity retailer, a coatings company, a technology company in the logistics industry, and a nonprofit community organizer and funder.

I’m so excited to bring what I learned about these similarities to other companies so that everyone can take shortcuts back to growth, avoiding the pitfalls that I have seen at the companies I served. Most of all, I’m excited to bring my particular brand of humor back to workplaces that feel like a slog.

Reading through this boring blog post, I’m gonna have to work on bringing some of that humor to my writing!
